Joining Provident in 2015, Rylan has grown the company’s land development and residential subdivision efforts. Prior to that, he began his career with Deloitte focusing on corporate real estate consulting projects. Rylan oversees all facets of our MPC development projects including site selection and acquisition, zoning and entitlements, creation and management of special districts, debt/equity relationships, homebuilder contracts, project marketing, HOA supervision, community design and the overall successful delivery of residential lots across thousands of acres Provident has purchased in municipalities and markets across Texas, Tennessee and Denver.

Case is responsible for the overall management of Provident Industrial, sourcing, execution and strategic growth and entrance to key market expansion.

Joining Provident in 2013, Case was initially focused on self-storage development in infill, high barrier to entry markets across the U.S. sunbelt. In addition, while at Provident, Case has acquired and entitled new multifamily as well as hospitality development opportunities across the U.S. Case currently leads the industrial development team at Provident which is focused on infill development opportunities across multiple core markets. Prior to Provident , Case served in the U.S. Special Operations Command.

Stuart Fink, CCIM joined Provident in 2019 as a Managing Director following decades at a municipal finance firm, GE Capital, and Invesco Real Estate. He has extensive experience with public and municipal finance, incentives, complex and diverse capital structures, opportunity zones, securitization, and special districts including PID, MUD, TIF, and TIRZ. He has transaction and acquisitions experience in all major US markets, and over his career has overseen billions of dollars of debt and equity investment. At Provident, he manages mixed-use and outdoor hospitality development, oversees operational office and retail assets, and leads opportunistic redevelopment deals. Stuart is a graduate of Baylor University and holds an MBA from Amberton University.

Mason played a pivotal role in launching the Provident Hospitality platform in 2018, beginning with the acquisition of a 16-asset portfolio of extended-stay hotels. He currently oversees the platform, which focuses on the acquisition, disposition, and development of Provident’s extended-stay assets.

Between 2018 and 2021, Mason helped expand the portfolio to over 30 extended-stay hotels across multiple brands and states, reaching a total value exceeding $200 million. In 2021, Provident Hospitality shifted its focus to new development, and under Mason’s leadership, the team has developed nine new extended-stay hotels with a combined development cost of more than $125 million.

From 2023 to 2025, Mason has led the disposition of over 30 hotels, primarily consisting of assets acquired during the initial growth phase. Today, he continues to actively manage the current portfolio while pursuing new development and acquisition opportunities.

Mason joined Provident in 2016 shortly after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During his time at UCF, he also captained the Division I soccer program in his junior and senior years.

Matt Harris serves as the Managing Director of Multi-Family Development at Provident, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s multifamily portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Matt has overseen the creation of more than 50 communities and 14,000+ units at Provident. His expertise spans site selection, entitlement, construction, and capital structuring.

Before joining Provident, Matt held senior roles at Echelon Residential and JPI, where he delivered over 8,000 units across 20+ projects. Known for his collaborative leadership and deep market insight, Matt continues to shape the future of multifamily living through thoughtful design and operational excellence.
