Stuart Fink, CCIM joined Provident in 2019 as a Managing Director following decades at a municipal finance firm, GE Capital, and Invesco Real Estate. He has extensive experience with public and municipal finance, incentives, complex and diverse capital structures, opportunity zones, securitization, and special districts including PID, MUD, TIF, and TIRZ. He has transaction and acquisitions experience in all major US markets, and over his career has overseen billions of dollars of debt and equity investment. At Provident, he manages mixed-use and outdoor hospitality development, oversees operational office and retail assets, and leads opportunistic redevelopment deals. Stuart is a graduate of Baylor University and holds an MBA from Amberton University.

As Executive Director of Retail & Industrial Acquisitions at Provident Realty Advisors since 2016, Jeff leads strategic development initiatives across retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. His expertise spans acquisitions, ground leases, opportunity zones, and recapitalizations.

In addition to his role at Provident, Jeff serves as President of Summit Interests, reflecting his broader leadership in the industry. His work supports Provident’s mission to deliver exceptional, risk-adjusted returns through value-driven real estate strategies.

As Director of Real Estate Investments & Underwriting, Nick Bratton brings over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management across office, retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and self-storage properties. Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University.

As a member of Provident since its inception in 1991, Paul Knowlton brings over 45 years of experience in real estate. Since 2023, Paul currently focuses on identifying and securing data center sites for Provident, as his efforts are central to the company’s expansion in this sector, leveraging his deep industry knowledge.
Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in sourcing sites across multi-family, single-family, retail, industrial, and data centers. Paul’s extensive expertise and unwavering dedication has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
