Kendrick Leckband serves as Managing Director, Industrial Asset Management at Provident, where she oversees industrial asset management strategy and execution across the firm’s portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, Kendrick brings deep expertise in portfolio management, asset optimization, capital formation, and institutional investor relations.

Prior to joining Provident, Kendrick was a Partner at TA Realty, a leading U.S. real estate investment management firm, where she spent 18 years helping manage multi-billion-dollar investment vehicles on behalf of a global institutional investor base. She served on the firm’s portfolio management team and was responsible for driving fund performance through active portfolio management, including asset oversight, acquisitions and dispositions, capital structure management, and investor distributions. Kendrick was Portfolio Manager for several diversified closed-end value-add funds and core separate accounts, including Fund XIII, a $1.77 billion capital raise she helped co-lead.

Throughout her career, Kendrick has developed a strong track record of leading asset and portfolio management teams, executing complex business plans, and raising institutional capital across multiple market cycles. Her experience spans leasing, repositioning, development, operational optimization, and strategic portfolio construction, with a particular focus on industrial real estate.

Prior to TA Realty, Kendrick held roles at Prologis and Lincoln Property Company. She earned a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

As Managing Director of Investor Relations at Provident, Brock leads the firm’s capital formation and portfolio strategy initiatives across its diverse real estate platforms. Since joining Provident in 2018, Brock has been instrumental in cultivating and managing investor relationships, with a particular emphasis on structuring partnerships through the retail investor channel. His strategic oversight ensures that each investment opportunity aligns with Provident’s disciplined approach and long-term value creation philosophy.

With over a decade of experience in institutional real estate and private capital markets, Brock brings a deep understanding of investment structures, market dynamics, and capital raising strategies. Prior to joining Provident, he held key roles in capital markets and investment management, where he developed a strong track record of delivering results for both institutional and individual investors.

Brock is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to translate complex investment strategies into accessible opportunities for a broad investor base. His commitment to transparency, integrity, and performance continues to drive Provident’s growth and reputation in the real estate investment space.

Will Clark serves as Managing Director of Construction for Provident’s in-house construction company, Integrated Provident Contractors (IPC). With 20 years in the industry and a focus on multifamily/commercial since 2005, he has delivered market-rate and affordable housing, mid-rise communities, build-for-rent (BFR), townhomes, senior living and assisted living/memory care, as well as storage and retail. He has built in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Will joined Provident in 2013 and has grown through roles of increasing responsibility to his current position as Managing Direction of Construction.  In this role, he leads construction planning and delivery, while overseeing projects from start to finish.  With a background spanning both third-party general contracting and owner-builder delivery, Will provides a 360° perspective that strengthens planning, procurement, and onsite execution – ensuring scope, schedule, and budget stay on track.

Trey serves as Tax Director at Provident, where he oversees all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and structuring across the firm’s real estate platform. With a background as both a CPA and JD, Trey brings deep expertise in partnership taxation, entity structuring, and transaction strategy. He works closely with internal teams and external advisors to support tax-efficient execution throughout the investment lifecycle.

Whitney Aldrich, CPA, serves as Corporate Controller at Provident Realty Advisors, where she oversees cash management and financial reporting. Since joining Provident in 2021, Whitney has leveraged her extensive expertise to drive strategic planning initiatives. Prior to joining Provident, she enjoyed a successful 16-year career in public accounting, honing her skills in tax compliance and advisory services. Whitney holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Taylor Cox serves as Director of Finance at Provident, working closely with the C-suite team to execute financial strategy, structure capital, and support transaction execution. Since joining the Company in December 2018, Taylor has taken on increasing responsibilities across finance and investment operations. Taylor oversees the biannual asset schedule review, managing valuation updates, ownership analysis, and equity tracking across the portfolio. Taylor also manages the waterfall and preferred return schedules for all investments in Provident’s portfolio, ensuring precision in equity allocations, return calculations, and investor distributions. With deep expertise in financial modeling and lender relations, Taylor supports complex closings and drives financial clarity and efficiency across investment operations. Taylor holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Clemson University and is known for a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Michelle Clark serves as the HR Director at Provident where she leads with a strategic and people-first approach to human resources. With a passion for cultivating workplaces where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired, Michelle champions initiatives that foster employee engagement, growth, and organizational excellence.

Bringing over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Michelle has guided human resources functions across a wide range of industries—including tech startups, manufacturing, and now real estate development. Her career is defined by a blend of business acumen, compassionate leadership, and a deep commitment to building empowered teams.

Michelle holds both SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications, underscoring her expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, and culture-building. Crystal Bland is an accomplished IT leader with a strong track record of driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. She joined Provident in April 2020 as the Manager of Business Applications, where she led the company’s strategic migration to the Yardi platform, modernizing core business systems and streamlining property management operations.

In recognition of her leadership and impact, Crystal was promoted to Director of IT & Business Applications in 2022. In this role, she oversees enterprise technology strategy, business application architecture, and cross-functional systems integration. She is passionate about aligning IT initiatives with business goals, fostering innovation, and delivering scalable solutions that empower teams across the organization.

Crystal brings deep expertise in real estate technology, systems implementation, and stakeholder collaboration, making her a key driver of Provident’s continued growth and digital evolution.
