Matt Harris serves as the Managing Director of Multi-Family Development at Provident, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s multifamily portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Matt has overseen the creation of more than 50 communities and 14,000+ units at Provident. His expertise spans site selection, entitlement, construction, and capital structuring.

Before joining Provident, Matt held senior roles at Echelon Residential and JPI, where he delivered over 8,000 units across 20+ projects. Known for his collaborative leadership and deep market insight, Matt continues to shape the future of multifamily living through thoughtful design and operational excellence.

Dave Holland is the Executive Director of Multi-Family at Provident, leading the firm’s rental housing development strategy across Texas, Louisiana and Colorado. With over 20 years of experience, Dave has delivered more than 30 multifamily communities, including standout projects like Canal Crossing and Bridges at Flatiron.

His expertise spans site selection, entitlement, construction, and lease-up, and he’s known for a hands-on, collaborative approach. Dave also contributes to branding, quarterly performance reviews, and platform strategy discussions, helping shape Provident’s identity and growth.

Focused on quality, community impact, and operational excellence, Dave continues to drive innovation in rental housing development.

John joined Provident in early 2013. Throughout his career, he has developed over 2,400 multifamily units in Texas, financed over 627 units nationwide, and currently has another 219 units in the development pipeline. Prior to PRA, John worked at KeyBank, Criterion Development, and The Beck Group. Overall, he has been involved in $950 million of construction / development volume and $279 million in finance / leasing / land disposition transactions spanning the multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and data centers sectors.

As an Asset Management Associate, Britt identifies opportunities for operational efficiency and financial performance across Provident’s multifamily portfolio. With nearly seven years of experience in real estate finance and asset management, Britt specializes in value creation, investor relations, and portfolio optimization. Prior to joining Provident in 2025, he earned dual degrees, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

With 19 years of dedicated service at Provident, Julie Valley brings deep expertise and strategic insight to her role as an Asset Manager with Provident Multifamily. Julie oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties, including market-rate, affordable, and BTR assets, driving performance through data-informed decision-making and a hands-on approach to asset optimization. 

Her tenure reflects a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term value creation. Julie is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to navigate complex challenges with clarity and precision. She has been pivotal in the successful development and disposition of multiple assets, and her work continues to shape Provident’s reputation as a leader in multifamily real estate.

Mark Feaster works with Provident Multi-Family in the development of affordable and workforce housing.  After beginning in the banking industry, Mark has worked in multi-family housing development for the past 20 years primarily focused on the affordable markets utilizing various types of equity and financing structures.  He has been involved in over 20 developments that have been completed or are in development totaling over 3100 apartment units with a value in excess of $965 million.
