Case Van Lare joined Provident in 2014 and currently serves as President of Provident Industrial and as a member of Provident Corp.’s Investment Committee. In this role, he leads the firm’s national industrial development platform, overseeing strategic growth and project execution across multiple core markets. Under Case’s leadership, Provident Industrial has built one of the nation’s leading industrial development platforms, delivering and developing 17.4 million square feet of industrial projects while growing assets under management to approximately $1.4 billion. Prior to joining Provident, Case served in the U.S. Special Operations Command.
Kendrick Leckband serves as Executive Vice President, Industrial Asset Management overseeing strategy and performance across Provident’s industrial portfolio. She brings more than 20 years of institutional real estate investment experience, with expertise in portfolio management, asset management, capital formation, and investor relations. Prior to joining Provident, Kendrick spent 18 years at TA Realty as a Partner and Portfolio Manager, managing multi-billion-dollar investment vehicles and co-leading the $1.77 billion Fund XIII capital raise. She began her career with Prologis and Lincoln Property Company and holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Christen Vestal serves as Senior Vice President & Market Officer, South Central, overseeing industrial development and acquisition opportunities across Houston, Laredo, Austin, and San Antonio. She has developed more than 8 million square feet of Class A institutional industrial facilities, with experience spanning specialized manufacturing, build-to-suit, and speculative development. Prior to joining Provident, Christen held development roles at Vigavi Realty and other leading industrial real estate firms. Christen was recognized as the 2023 RedNews Woman of the Year and holds an MBA from Tulane University.
Chris Martin serves as Senior Vice President & Market Officer, Mountain West, overseeing industrial development and acquisition opportunities across DFW, El Paso, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Prior to joining Provident, Chris worked at Sealy & Company, where he closed more than 65 industrial investment transactions totaling $2.8 billion and 43.5 million square feet. Chris holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University.
Hunter Graham serves as Senior Vice President & Market Officer, Southeast, overseeing industrial development and acquisition opportunities across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. Prior to joining Provident, Hunter spent five years at Dalfen Industrial, contributing to the development of 17 million square feet across 27 industrial projects in multiple states. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Eric Moser serves as Senior Vice President & Market Officer, Northeast overseeing industrial development and acquisition opportunities across the Northeast, from Norfolk to Boston. Prior to joining Provident, Eric spent five years at Logistics Property Company, where he helped deliver large-scale industrial developments throughout the region. Throughout his career, he has delivered more than $1 billion of commercial and industrial real estate, including over 6 million square feet of Class A industrial projects. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University.
Clayton Bryan serves as Vice President & Market Leader, Southeast, sourcing and developing industrial projects across the Southeast. Prior to joining Provident, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at CREDE and as a Project Manager at Dalfen Industrial, where he supported the development of more than 10 million square feet of industrial space across the Southeast and Texas. Clayton holds degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Steven Nemer serves as Vice President & Market Leader for the Southwest Region, where he sources and executes industrial investment and development opportunities across Arizona and Nevada. Prior to joining Provident, Steven spent nearly a decade at Schnitzer Properties, where he led more than $200 million in industrial development projects and over $100 million in lease transactions. In 2024, he received NAIOP’s Southern Nevada Spotlight Award for excellence in speculative industrial development. Steven holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Oregon State University.
Nathan Forney serves as Vice President, Development & Construction, leading project entitlements, development execution, and construction management across Provident Industrial’s active development portfolio. Prior to joining Provident, Nathan spent nearly a decade at Kimley-Horn and Associates, where he advised developers on site selection, entitlements, and construction for data center, manufacturing, and industrial projects. He subsequently served as Director of Development & Construction at Rise Industrial Group, managing projects through due diligence, design, and construction delivery. Nathan is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jonathan Martin serves as Associate, Industrial Development & Acquisitions, supporting all phases of Provident’s industrial development and investment platform. He is involved in underwriting, due diligence, development execution, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and portfolio management across the firm’s industrial portfolio. Prior to joining Provident, Jonathan worked as an Analyst at Crow Holdings in the firm’s Dallas headquarters. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a member of the North Texas Chapter of NAIOP.
