Case is responsible for the overall management of Provident Industrial, sourcing, execution and strategic growth and entrance to key market expansion.
Joining Provident in 2013, Case was initially focused on self-storage development in infill, high barrier to entry markets across the U.S. sunbelt. In addition, while at Provident, Case has acquired and entitled new multifamily as well as hospitality development opportunities across the U.S. Case currently leads the industrial development team at Provident which is focused on infill development opportunities across multiple core markets. Prior to Provident , Case served in the U.S. Special Operations Command.
Christen Vestal oversees the management, sourcing, and execution of industrial projects in the South Central region, including Houston, Laredo, Austin, and San Antonio. Christen is responsible for all investment activities, including market strategy, and manages the Houston, TX office. Christen has developed over 10 million sqft of Class A Institutional industrial facilities primarily in the Houston MSA and Laredo. As a career industrial developer, Christen has experience in projects ranging from highly specialized manufacturing facilities to speculative big box developments. Christen has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the 2023 RedNews Woman of the Year, the 2022 RedNews Emerging Leader of the Year, RedNews Finalist for Woman of the Year, and Bisnow Developing Leader for 2021. Christen holds an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Chris is responsible for the sourcing and execution of Industrial projects in the Southwest, overseeing all investment activities including market strategy. Chris primary regions are DFW, El Paso, Phoenix, Las Vegas. Prior to joining Provident in 2022, Chris served as an Acquisitions Associate for Sealy & Company. In his career, Chris has closed over sixty-five industrial real estate investment opportunities across the United States worth an aggregate value of $2.8BN and spanning over 43.5MM SF. Chris holds both a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University and is on the Developing Leaders Board for the North Texas Chapter of NAIOP.
Hunter is responsible for sourcing and execution of Industrial projects in the Southeast, overseeing all investment activities including market strategy. Hunters’ primary region is Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee.
Prior to joining Provident in 2023, Hunter spent 5 years at Dalfen Industrial, contributing to the growth of a substantial 17.0 MSF of industrial development encompassing 27 projects across Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Eric is responsible for the sourcing and execution of industrial development opportunities throughout the Northeast, overseeing all investment activities from inception through disposition. Eric’s target markets are major urban centers and logistics corridors along the east coast from Washington D.C. to Boston.
Prior to joining Provident, Eric was responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 6 million square feet of Class A industrial real estate for Logistics Property Company, delivering buildings in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Eric also developed more than 500,000 square feet of healthcare and mixed-use space with Anchor Health Properties, and has delivered more than $1 billion of new commercial and industrial real estate in his career. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University.
Clayton is responsible for the sourcing and execution of Industrial projects in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Prior to joining Provident in 2025, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at CREDE, where he led the firm’s Texas flex industrial strategy—successfully sourcing and entitling five industrial parks comprising 18 buildings. Before CREDE, Clayton was a Project Manager at Dalfen Industrial, where he oversaw due diligence for more than 1,000 acres of land and helped facilitate the development of 10 million square feet of industrial projects across the Southeast and Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
Steven joined Provident in 2025 to source and execute industrial investment opportunities across Arizona and Nevada.
Prior to joining Provident, Steven spent nearly a decade at one of the largest privately held commercial real estate portfolios in the Western U.S. Steven was honored with the 2024 NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Award for excellence in speculative industrial development. Steven holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from Oregon State University and is actively involved with CCIM and NAIOP. Steven offices in Phoenix AZ.
Nathan is responsible for the entitlements, execution and management of projects during construction.
Prior to joining Provident in 2024 he spent almost a decade at Kimley-Horn and Associates as a civil engineer. During his time at Kimley-Horn, he advised developers throughout North Texas, guiding projects through site selection, entitlements, and construction for data center, manufacturing, and speculative industrial developments. More recently, Nathan was the Director of Development and Construction at Rise Industrial Group, overseeing projects through due diligence and construction. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jonathan joined Provident in 2023 as an analyst focusing on the underwriting, asset management, and investor reporting of industrial development opportunities. Prior to Provident, Jonathan worked at Crow Holdings as analyst in their Dallas headquarters. Jonathan graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Texas A&M and is a member of the North Texas Chapter of NAIOP.
