Mason played a pivotal role in launching the Provident Hospitality platform in 2018, beginning with the acquisition of a 16-asset portfolio of extended-stay hotels. He currently oversees the platform, which focuses on the acquisition, disposition, and development of Provident’s extended-stay assets.

Between 2018 and 2021, Mason helped expand the portfolio to over 30 extended-stay hotels across multiple brands and states, reaching a total value exceeding $200 million. In 2021, Provident Hospitality shifted its focus to new development, and under Mason’s leadership, the team has developed nine new extended-stay hotels with a combined development cost of more than $125 million.

From 2023 to 2025, Mason has led the disposition of over 30 hotels, primarily consisting of assets acquired during the initial growth phase. Today, he continues to actively manage the current portfolio while pursuing new development and acquisition opportunities.

Mason joined Provident in 2016 shortly after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During his time at UCF, he also captained the Division I soccer program in his junior and senior years.

Glenn joined Provident in 2020 and was initially responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ground-up multifamily development of 1,400 units across the southeast/southwestern regions valued at over $465MM. His responsibilities have since expanded to Hospitality Development where he oversees the development lifecycle for all new developments. Prior to joining Provident, Glenn worked for a top 25 NMHC developer and various family offices where his primary responsibilities were underwriting, asset management, financial and operational due diligence, and investor reporting. Glenn holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate and attended the University of North Texas’ Ryan College of Business for his undergraduate degree. 

As Director of Asset Management, Hospitality, Britt identifies opportunities for operational efficiency and financial performance across Provident’s hospitality portfolio. With nearly seven years of experience in real estate finance and asset management, Britt specializes in value creation, investor relations, and portfolio optimization. Prior to joining Provident in 2025, he earned dual degrees, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Tiffany has over 15 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects from startup through closeout. She is highly skilled in contract administration, vendor and document management, insurance and compliance review, and executive-level support. A proven primary point of contact for Partners and senior construction leadership, with a deep proficiency in CMiC, Procore, and construction reporting workflows. She is known for her strong business correspondence, attention to detail, and the ability to keep complex projects organized and moving forward.
